“I came to the hospital in an aggravated state of mind. Nikki “drew the short straw.” She was assigned to take me through the admitting process. With her upbeat manner and her wonderful personality, she was gradually able to help me to develop a better mental outlook. Because of her, I was better able to receive the care I needed. As a nurse, Nikki was always extremely caring, compassionate, and considerate. She demonstrated great nursing skills, and made certain I always had everything I needed.
