I want to give my sincere thanks and kudos to your staff for the experience I recently had. I was one of three bereavement doula's walking with a family whose baby had been given a "life-limiting" diagnosis. This kind of work (or calling) is never easy, but your RNs on the floor helped to make it a peaceful time. Nikki was beyond exceptional. She showed kindness, respect, compassion, and expertise in a way that conveyed genuine love and care to this family. Never did Nikki seem impatient or annoyed with anyone's questions or needs. She took the time to ensure that the family understood the process and were as comfortable as possible. We were partners in making an awful circumstance become a sacred time for our clients. Working with Nikki was a blessing.
