Olivia has been extremely kind and caring in her care with me. She has given above the usual expectations a hospital has of their hospital care. She has been dedicated when needed, for example when changing my dressings. Olivia has also taken time out of her schedule (lunch break) to get items I needed to feel better and they really did help me feel better. It's the small things that make a difference in a patient's stay. It means a lot!

Olivia took my sister to the shops as we were far from home. Olivia also did my hair which made a difference and it increased my sense of self.
