Orippa is very professional, compassionate, incredibly thorough, and seemed very confident in general. These are qualities that as a patient, are most important to possess!
I have been a patient here at Boswell many times due to a life-threatening disease called VEDS. I have been cared for by many amazing nurses, CNAs and more. When I came into the ER, I was very stressed. They finally admitted me and transferred me to a room, this is where I met my nurse, Miss Orippa. She was very busy but made an effort to let me know that she would do her best to meet my needs. I found Miss Orippa to not only treat me well, but she was also very informative and answered all my questions, which really helped put my stressed mind at ease! There have been some changes since COVID and some nurses have risen above all the chaos and stress and really gone out of their way to be extra kind and compassionate in these times. Miss Orippa does just that. She is very professional, compassionate, incredibly thorough, and seemed very confident in general. These are qualities that as a patient, are most important to possess! It’s such a breath of fresh air to encounter caregivers that put the patients’ needs first and do as much as they can to be helpful. I also appreciated her “listening skills”. I find Miss Orippa to be a screaming example of Human Kindness. My hope is that she is acknowledged for this and that you thank her for me. She is part of the reason I will continue to give Banner Boswell my business! I feel she is a huge asset to Banner.
