Patty was introduced to my family when my mother was first admitted to the ICU. My mother came to the hospital by ambulance after suffering multiple episodes of cardiac arrest. She remained in critical condition for her entire stay. Patty was a God sent angel to our family. Patty sat with me and my family when we cried. She answered any and every single question we asked. She talked to my mom the entire time she was in the room with her. She kept us informed of every single thing involving our mother. She told me she felt close to my mother, as they were the same age and she promised to give our mother her "ALL". She did that and more. She picked up extra shifts so that she could care for our mom. She shows and exemplifies the values of a compassionate excellent nurse. Patty made a truly horrible time in our life just more bearable. She called us with updates. She will always be our DAISY.
