First I want to say we are a great team on Gen 9. We get along great, we help each other, and we appreciate and respect one another. Paula is part of the reason why we have become such a great team. She is a joy to work with. Her positive attitude is contagious amongst staff and patients alike. She is the first to offer help and the last to ask. She shows empathy and feels deeply for her patients. We are lucky to have her. She is truly a rose in a field of daisies.

My husband has been here for quite a while. His nurse, Paula was absolutely amazing the two days we had her. She was beyond kind, caring, and compassionate. She went above and beyond caring for him. She was constantly on top of everything, calling other departments and paging doctors to get my husband the care he needed in a very timely manner. It felt like we were her family the way she cared for us. No words could begin to thank her enough for being a light in our darkness.
