Throughout my life I have been in a number of hospitals, in NY, AZ, LI, and SC – during these various hospitalizations I have never encountered a nurse with such compassion, such personality and such clinical skill. When Pek-Soo assisted me it was as if I was the only patient on her case load. She was very kind and very patient when explaining things I did not understand. She also helped me with things that were not “nursing duties” because she was there at the moment and did not want me to ever be uncomfortable! She was wonderful and made a very painful and very scary hospitalization much less frightening and much more tolerable. I cannot say enough about her and I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me.
