I can’t pin-point a specific situation or thing, because what I’m really trying to convey is that everything the DAISY Award means to me “Pip” is that! It’s in his blood, it’s in his demeanor, it’s in his aim to be a help, allowing someone to leave better than when they came in! His smile is such a tranquil feeling even though he has a mask on, you can I guess feel not only his true care for you personally, but also his love, compassion, and kindness that exhibits every part of who he is, and what he does! I can tell he nurses from the heart. Being led by the truest source, he has deeply reached a person for the most positive. Despite of what I am going through, he always comes in and makes it ONLY about me: “Can I get you anything, just call if you need anything and I will”; he makes me feel secure in knowing he is my safety and health in his highest priority! I would love for this amazing RN, friend, husband, father, and co-worker to know he deserves this award and it should prove by not just one thing, but by everything you do. A great role model and example to his little ones! Please help me recognize him!
