During a busy holiday season, these nurses went over and beyond for their department. They worked long hours due to short-staffing because of the flu season. There was also an extremely heavy patient load. All patients were taken care of safely and efficiently. The team showed solidarity and comradery. Patients commented on the high quality of care and were not aware of any issues happening behind the scene.
