Ramah is a jewel in the crown of the NICU. On the days she cared for our son Eli things that were in limbo just got done. She took care of business. Ramah was so in tune with Eli that she would arrive just seconds before a feed or once a med was to finish. Sometimes you wondered if she was psychic because she was that good. She has all the skills you want in a nurse. She will be the voice for your child if there is something that needs to be addressed, help you cope by saying when it’s a good time to take a break, make those special moments like first bath the most memorable because she knew all the tricks to make it the best experience for all, and even picked up the camera so we would never forget. When we had breast milk shipped form Montana and UPS had the wrong address she coordinated with the mailroom, UPS customer service, and tracking down the driver to save the day -- or the milk. Ramah was made to be a NICU nurse. She gets things done, there is no task to difficult, and has an arsenal of knowledge.
