I have the honor or working with Becca on a regular basis and just had the privilege of experiencing her expertise as a family member of a patient in her care. Becca is so dedicated to her work and sets a standard for the excellent care she provides to patients on a consistent basis. She always puts her patients' needs first and foremost.

Just recently my husband was in the ED with severe abdominal pain and Becca was the first to respond to his needs and give him the care and the urgent attention he needed. I felt completely at ease knowing that he would be taken care of because of her quick attention to him. This kind of attention isn't just something that she does because it is a family member or a fellow co-worker. She treats everyone as an equal and no matter what the circumstance is she treats everyone with the same outstanding care. Becca connects with her patients and finds something in a situation to bring some cheerfulness to their stay.

Many of her patients remember her if they return and she remembers them and immediately brings up a laugh from a previous visit. That to me shows that she has made an impact on a patient's life. From a co-worker stand point, I can't even count how many times I have been a witness to her compassion which she exemplifies in so many ways. I guess you could say she has a way with people. She is considerate and makes people smile and laugh in the most difficult and stressful situations.

Becca holds so many job titles in the ED and is definitely our "Go to Gal"!
