Rebecca Swanson helped out another department when we needed her. She was a great help to PES going above and beyond. She took time out of her extremely busy schedule to lead us through an unfamiliar circumstance and came up with a solution to our problem. She was calming while I was somewhat frantic, teaching us a new skill.

We had a patient chart that had disappeared and I asked if she had a copy of the chart that we could use until it was located. She didn't hesitate. She reassured me that she would look and did so immediately. She searched and found a copy and then made a copy for our department.

She exemplified UHS behavioral standards, including "4 for the Customer", by completing the job in a calm professional efficient manner. I was very impressed with her ability to multitask so many phone calls and resolve issues in her own department and yet concurrently consider our issue just as important. Ultimately we determined our Doctor had mistakenly taken the chart home when she got off work. The copy Rebecca furnished was what we had to work with until morning. We greatly appreciate Rebecca's teamwork and collaborative efforts to resolve this major problem.
