Every time we have Rob as our nurse he does an excellent job. He is very interactive with us as parents as well as with our son. He is always there to answer any concerns we might have and does a wonderful job making sure he's covered anything related to the questions we ask. He pushes us as parents to get out of our comfort zones and learn the things necessary to bring our son home. When we come in he's on top of things and lets us know how everything is going. I feel as though he does a great job taking care of our son. He's very open and relatable to the questions and concerns we have. He has gone above and beyond meeting our needs. He's great with our son and at his job.
