Dear Unit Manager,

I work at Methodist as a house supervisor and one of my nurses had rave reviews about Robert Hadnott. She told me "we had the nicest nurse in the NICU. She said the nurse called the baby by his name "Mr. Maverick" and the nurse carried on a conversation with Maverick like you would not believe. "Mr. Maverick you are going to eat all of this because I am not coming back in 30 minutes for you to eat, so let's do this Mr. Maverick."

She is a nurse, but was afraid to hold Maverick because of his small size but after Robert talked to her, all her fears were gone. She told me that Robert said, "no grandma leaves here without holding their grandchild so you are going to hold Mr. Maverick and feed him and I will be right here with you." She said Robert sat right there by her and watched her hold and feed the baby and it was the greatest feeling.

They just loved the care Robert provided for Maverick and the grandmother cannot stop talking about how wonderful Robert is. I felt very proud to be a part of the TWHT team.
