Rose Ingram, CVRN-BC, Cardiac Cath Lab, is a highly regarded health care professional recognized for her excellent nursing and interpersonal skills, and her exceptional collaboration with every unit to provide the utmost in patient and family centered care.

As an interventional RN, Rose often treats patients with very complex conditions. Rose always responds quickly to their changing needs and is adept at assessing patients and consistently following the nursing process.

What makes this award extra special is that Rose was nominated by a nursing colleague in the ICU, Tes Tayag. Tes recounts an instance when Rose sent a specimen to the lab for her, one of many times Rose jumped in just to help out. "Rose goes above and beyond to be a member of the team," says Tes. "She generously and sincerely expresses her appreciation of others and is an asset to Interventional Radiology and the Cath Lab."

Rose's manager, Dawn Torress-Cook, recognized Rose as a shining star early on, when she first began working here through a registry. "We were very fortunate to then recruit Rose as our own associate a little over three years ago," affirms Dawn. "She is a natural leader (ARCIS super-user) who shares her knowledge unconditionally, and who has a thirst for continued growth and learning."
