The reasons are simple, she has great values-which certainly show in the content of her character and behavior. She is very compassionate with her patients - showing sympathy and concern for their well-being. Rosie is a hard worker, and is excellent at what she does.

Rosie is compassionate, sympathetic and always willing to give to others in expense to herself. What I mean by this is there are countless times where I have noticed her picking up extra work or covering for fellow co-workers when needed, or welcoming new "green" nurses to train in the OR. She is an everyday HERO in my eyes, I feel that she should be recognized for her extraordinary efforts!
