Rosily is excellent and works well with case managers as well as other members of the interdisciplinary team. Rosily is dependable and follows up on any barriers identified in rounds, in a timely manner so as not to delay care. She uses critical thinking skills and advocates for patients. She approaches patients with compassion and respect and often has the necessary conversations with patients that the physician is not able or willing to have.

Rosily helps foster a positive work environment with a good sense of humor and is able to effectively deal with negative people and situations. She is efficient without losing compassion and knows how to balance nursing duties with patient care, making for a positive patient experience. If Rosily says it, it is done. The dependability is rare these days and very much appreciated by both patients and colleagues. Rosily has a clear understanding of the discharge process and carries discharges out in a timely manner which produces patient satisfaction and helps with productivity. Her rounds report and conversations with doctors are clear, concise, and to the point. Much appreciated hard work and dedication to HCA Tomball is demonstrated daily in her interactions with me.
