Ruth is such an amazing nurse. She is the perfect combination of assistance, knowledge, and personality. I can’t think of a thing to improve her methodology. One problem – she overshadows all the rest of your super employees.

My husband entered the hospital with a severe UTI. Lots of blood/clots in the bladder. He was in a lot of pain and miserable. He was difficult to get along with. He took his misery out on the nurses. Ruth had the ability to melt his heart from the beginning. Her kindness and smile won him over. When she was gone for the weekend, he missed her and was happy to see her again when she returned. There is more to nursing than knowledge of medicine – Thank you Ruth!
