My grandmother was admitted to the ER last night and passed this morning. Ruth and the rest of the staff were professional, yet unbelievably compassionate and considerate of our loss. They allowed us the space and time to say goodbye, treating her with dignity. Ruth and the admitting nurse, Kelly, were especially thoughtful. Ruth stayed over her shift to remove tubes, etc., so that my family could view her without the paraphernalia. This allowed our last memories of her to be peaceful. God bless you all.
