I cannot find enough words to describe Sara and what an Extraordinary Nurse she is. I have worked with Sara for almost 5 years now. I remember the day when I met Sara. Probably, she doesn't remember, but I do. When I had my job interview 5 years ago with our Coordinator and she was showing me around the unit, I remember Sara simply said, "Hi" and smiled. I immediately felt welcomed to unit D5.
Sara is compassionate, thoughtful, and a very caring nurse and co-worker. She is professional and a true team player! You can always rely on Sara. She is always willing to help and support her co-workers. You don't even need to ask her for help, she will just be there to help you. Patients love Sara and often compliment her professionalism, knowledge, caring heart, and what a hard-working nurse she is. When Sara is a Team Leader on the unit, she always checks on her peers, and she will stay past her shift to make sure everybody is okay before she leaves. You can count on Sara in any emergent situation. It's an honor to work with Sara Roseen! St. Joe's is lucky to have a nurse like Sara!
