Sarah is kind. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. She always went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We were able to be open and honest and were treated with respect. She was able to communicate specific answers to our questions; she confirmed and got back to us. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated with respect. We never once felt as though we were a burden. We felt as though we were her only patient, and the floor was full. Our anxiety was eased with understanding and appropriate humor. Our every need was met; she anticipated needs we had. Some people were simply born to help others, Sarah is one of them. She has restored our faith in the healthcare system. She cares for the sick and injured as though they are family. In a scary, painful time, her smile is contagious. It is overwhelmingly apparent she believes that her work matters.
