My daughter came into the ED with severe vomiting, which she had for over 12 hours. Following doctor's orders, Nurse Sergey gave her medications (IV) to control the vomiting that resulted in an allergic reaction, causing her to shake uncontrollably. Finally, she calmed down and fell asleep. Sergey was very concerned and would not leave her side. Besides the patient, Nurse Sergey consoled me and assured me that she was in good hands at GAMC. We have been here many times, but this time I was extremely happy with the attention and care the nurse and doctor gave both my daughter and me. I feel they went far and beyond their call of duty.
