Sherry is an extraordinary nurse. I had the pleasure of having Sherry as my nurse for two days during my stay. During my induction, there was a period when my daughter's heart rate was dropping. Sherry attended to this issue very promptly and took the necessary steps for my child to be delivered safely. This was a scary time for me, but she kept me calm and comfortable. Getting the epidural was also anxiety-producing, but Sherry reassured me the entire time. She also made a crucial decision to administer medication to stop the contractions as my child's heart rate was dropping. We later found out I had a short umbilical cord, which was the reason why my daughter was displaying fetal intolerance. We ended with a C-section, which allowed my daughter to be delivered safely. I will never forget Sherry's kindness.
