My 2-year-old daughter had to spend a few days in the hospital after I took her to the ER. Sondra is hands down the most compassionate, caring, understanding, and lovable nurse. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had going to the hospital. She would check in on my daughter just to do it, and when she did, about every 3 hours or so, she would bring us apple juice, applesauce, popsicles, Jell-O, even a book to help calm her. She even gave her a little Santa pin to make her smile, too. She was easy and so gentle with my little girl and didn't force her to do anything that would extremely upset her. She was my daughter's nurse throughout the whole time she was there except for night time. I just wanted to express my gratitude to her and thank her. Great job Sondra, you really get it and do fantastic at your job and caring for your patients.
