We were in the ER all day and Stephanie never wavered in her care, concern, and tenacity at making us feel calm in such a scary situation.
I rushed my dad 90-year-old dad to the ER with chest discomfort. He was deteriorating and Stephanie leaped into action, calming him and myself. She diligently got him back to a safe zone in what felt like moments. We were in the ER all day and she never wavered in her care, concern, and tenacity at making us feel calm in such a scary situation. Her smile was genuine and I told her numerous times how wonderful she was to us both. She answered questions and didn’t rush us or brush us off. She has a special heart and we were grateful for her care. She and the doctor were a great team, acting fast and with true altruism.
