"Thank you" isn't really enough! This young woman is indeed "extraordinary" and outstanding! First of all, when I asked her a question, simple or complicated, she always knew the answer and never had to look further. I am 82 ½ years old and as you might imagine, I have a few complaints! But Stephanie never once brushed them off, she even agreed a couple of times. Each time she passed by my room she would smile and wave if her hands weren't full of linens, etc. Just about anyone in nursing school can read a book, but Stephanie's kind of nursing and nursing skills can't be taught. They come straight from the heart. She is a natural! She speaks with my granddaughter who is an RN, NP, and certified nurse, andmidwife in the air force (two peas in a pod!) Oh, I almost forgot how she was extremely sensitive to the pain I was in. I could see the empathy on her face, it was almost like she was hurting with me!
