From then on, Stephanie told me each time she can in what precisely she was going to do and why. Every time she left the room, she turned off the lights, as I had first requested.
From the moment I was wheeled onto the floor, I was greeted with a big smile, she asked my name, introduced herself, and caringly asked me what had happened to bring me to hospital. She didn't interrupt, listened carefully, took everything I said "IN" (if you know what I mean?). From then on, she told me each time she can in what precisely she was going to do and why. Every time she left the room, she turned off the lights, as I had first requested. She remembered everything. The following day was no exception, orders had been written up, she told me when others would be in, who they were and what the procedure was that I was to have and what, and why for. She patiently explained not once but several times so that we understood clearly. After the Angiogram, much care was taken of movement of the head, elevation, and the wound on the thigh. She was always kind, diligent.
This person is such a wonderful human being. And with the obvious excellent training and her complete dedication, it is no wonder I'd like to have taken her home with me to train others in the field. You are so fortunate to have her. I was blessed and I do believe as a result I am recovering most beautifully.
I am an 85 yr. old woman and have had several hospitalizations in various hospitals. I know of what I speak to say the above with no limitations or exaggerations.
