The day I came to BP7, I was a mess. Susan put a smile on this face. She brought me joy I hadn't felt in years. Susan took the time to listen and to go that extra mile. I wasn't sure I would make it, and Susan made that happen. She is so outgoing. When someone has no hope, she makes it happen. She is a special woman.
