Tahmina has been absolutely amazing this year in supporting our team to develop into the best we can be. She is so motivated and dedicated to ensuring that we work safely and efficiently and is constantly looking at ways to improve the team. It has been really difficult since the pandemic to be positive and motivated in the work we do. Tahmina has introduced many changes within the team that helped us work more efficiently. It’s really inspiring for me to work alongside her and I wouldn’t know how I’d cope without her positivity. Her encouraging nature is echoed throughout the team and she has been an amazing support to junior staff. She has given them a huge amount of confidence and supports them regularly through teaching and mentoring. She’s loved by all and the team is very proud of what she has accomplished. Tahmina is the perfect advocate for the CCNT.

She is one person who makes others feel comfortable and relaxed around her, and rather than complain, Tahmina will figure out a way to make it work. Coupled with her excellent nursing skills, Tahmina goes the extra mile and is a strong advocate for patients. She is also a very good leader and sees opportunities where others may not think possible. She has helped the team with several initiatives for improvement which have been very beneficial for service enhancement. She is kind and persevering and always ready to adjust her plans to help the team.

Tahmina is very calm and can deal with every stressful situation and never gets angry at anything. She is always willing to support other colleagues within the team and she will go over and beyond to help someone in need.
