Taylor Perrault was recognized by a patient, having the first-time mom experience, there was a lot of anxiety of the unknown. Taylor went above and beyond to provide not only excellent patient-centered care for the patient but also wonderful care to the family. Her compassion and selflessness were present through the whole labor and delivery process as the patient could feel she was completely invested in the care and provided a full eight hours of supporting provided to herself and her husband while welcoming their first-born son into the world.
Taylor would explain all that was happening or about what was to happen in each phase and situation that we were about to experience. She was an advocate, coach and a close friend during this intimate time. She was not only medical support, but she would ensure the husband was ready for each transition too. She was kind, understanding, respectful, and made the whole labor and deliver experience personable and memorable.

Her talents that she shared through my whole experience exceeded my exceptions and made a very intense situation of bringing a small human into the world something attainable and less terrifying. Her skill set, knowledge, and experience were all parts that assisted in easing the process.
