Terri was my ER nurse and she quickly put my mind at ease. I'm obese, yet she never once made me uncomfortable or embarrassed. She was very professional and respectful of my feelings. Where it took three nurses at the other hospital to insert catheter (after much embarrassment and discomfort), Terri did it quickly painlessly and all by herself!What a dramatic difference in patient care! I commend her kind heart and respectful treatment toward what many might consider a difficult patient. She also quickly and almost painlessly inserted my IV which has proved difficult in the past. My care at Shannon has been great from beginning to end, but Terri stood out!
