Terri Ryan appeared like a gift sent from God. So much stuff was being processed in our brains and then Terri appeared to make sense of it all and take away all the pressures of what is to happen next. Terri took out a book about heart surgery and starting explaining everything to us on a first grade level. When you are scared, like as me and my family and really don't know what to expect, a person like Terri is a welcome sight and great comfort. I can't imagine enduring all of this without Terri by my side. She is such an amazing person!!
