Tia was so attentive to the needs of my sister and always made herself available. She was very warm and personable and really made us feel and believe our sister was in good hands. Not one time did we have to wait on her assistance, she was always very thorough and Johnny-on-the-spot. The other staff assigned to work with her were also attentive, but I believe it was because of Tia. She also had a great personality; not one time did I feel like we were annoying her even though we had to ask for her assistance many, many times.
