After advocating for a patient, the patient wanted us to know and ensure Tracy was recognized for her attentiveness and thoroughness to his care while he was in the Emergency room. The patient was incredibly thankful for Tracy advocating for her. The patient became very tearful and said he could not imagine what would have happened and how much worse things would have been if he had been discharged home. Tracy spoke up on the patient's behalf and provided extraordinary compassion, which ultimately led to a plan that was in the patient's best interest.
