Tutu continued helping me to be more optimistic for recovering fully from both physical and mental issues.
I must and want to recognize and thank Nurse Tutu for the tremendous help in getting through 3-4 days of extreme pain. I know she prayed for me at first then helped me pray myself, which I truly believe is the only reason I got through those first 3 days when I finally started to recover enough to move to another unit. Tutu continued helping me to be more optimistic for recovering fully from both physical and mental issues. Over the few days under Tutu's and the other nurses’ care, Tutu demonstrated the ability to share some personal stories, some about foods we both liked. In particular, I was able to convince her to try some Minnesota-made real maple syrup! As a message to Tutu: Thank you for being you and don't ever lose that ability to accept people as they are and help them in being more positive with everything in their life, which is ultimately the best gift you have given me.
