Tyler also ensured my husband was as comfortable as possible and answered our family's questions with a smile and genuine concern.
After spending a long and uncomfortable day and night in the emergency room with my disabled husband, we were both exhausted and frustrated with the lack of available chairs and rooms. However, Tyler came on duty and immediately noticed our discomfort. He provided me with a more comfortable chair and consistently checked on us throughout his shift. Tyler also ensured my husband was as comfortable as possible and answered our family's questions with a smile and genuine concern. Despite the long wait, Tyler went above and beyond to make our experience bearable. He even found me a snack when he realized I had not eaten because I needed to stay by my husband's side as his advocate. When Tyler's shift ended, he came by to say goodbye and apologize for the continued wait for a hospital room. We appreciated Tyler's kindness and empathy, especially given the seriousness of my husband's condition and my physical limitations.
