I received a call today from the daughter of a patient who was with us back in March.

Prior to her mom's decline, she had booked a family cruise.  Unfortunately, she passed away, but while she was here, our Specialty Case Manager, Vera, was able to coordinate with the cruise line to get them a full refund based on the situation. This was no small deal to this family as they were out thousands of dollars.

The daughter expressed her gratitude for the numerous conversations and written letters that Vera took the time to present on their behalf. 

Thank you, Vera, for always going above and beyond and working so hard behind the scenes to ensure we do all we can as a team for our patients and their families. This is what Carrus is all about!!!
