My mother was recently in the ICU for a heart issue, but she also suffers from dementia. While she was there, I know she was challenging to deal with at times, but the entire staff, from the doctor to all the nurses, were so good with her.
However, Vicky Stevens went above and beyond in her care of my mother. She was friendly and sweet, and so attentive to not just my parents (as my dad spent a lot of time sitting with Mom) but also our whole family when we met there with the doctor. She also was so incredible at calming my mom when she got agitated or anxious. We just want to extend our thanks and gratitude to her for all she did to make Mom's stay as pleasant as possible and to make our family feel welcome. She is a jewel! Thank you!
