Mrs. Roy demonstrates unwavering dedication to her patients, their families, and staff members. She embraces the role of mentor and is a model for high-quality compassionate care. Mrs. Roy has a passion for staff development. During 2022 she crafted six in-services aimed at elevating staff competency. Her purposeful mentorship aided two junior staff in obtaining specialized experience identification. Mrs. Roy’s team-centric attitude encouraged three nurses to attend a perioperative professional conference.
Mrs. Roy is driven to do the right thing. As a patient advocate, she is unmatched and always goes the extra mile to ensure staff is postured and patients receive appropriate care.
