I would like to say that Vivian Jones, our night nurse, was wonderful. When she first became my sister's nurse, she walked in to help her to the bedside toilet. My sister said to her, "you are very little, you might need some help to help me." They laughed together and Vivian helped her. We had Vivian as our nurse for 3 nights. The 2nd night, Vivian sat down and held her hand and just talked with her during my sister's panic attacks.

Vivian was honest and open about everything. She was the most compassionate nurse we have met. All the nurses are wonderful that work here.

Vivian has our same beliefs and prayed with my sister. Also, Vivian came in after her long night. She stayed over and took a picture...just like she was a family member.

Vivian was very, very passionate. She cared a lot. A sweet soul. She explained everything and treated us like humans. My sister felt she could believe in herself, which again was just from the sweet conversations with Vivian.
