There are so many examples of Wendy's compassion. She brought coffee to thank night shift. She came in early to help get apatient to radiology. She wrote thank you notes to the staff. She delivers forgotten medication back to the patient's home. She is always asking the staff what their concerns and wants are for our unit. I would like to thank Wendy. She is a whirlwind of positive energy, advocating for the newly opened skilled care unit. She has come in early and left late many days in order to facilitate the best experienced for both patients and the newly hired staff. She is a champion for allowing open communication and is open to suggestions. Thank you, Wendy, for your amazing spirit and excellent leadership for patients and staff alike.
