William was with us through the darkest time in my family's life. My wife was in his care during her fight with leukemia; he ensured night and day, that my wife was taken care even if he had been stationed in a different patient and even then, he continued to check up on her health and mood. He would stop by to talk to my wife and lift her spirit when no one else could lift them up. He showed real love and compassion, the kind that cannot be faked or forced.
William would rub my wife's feet when they were swollen and hugged her when she had lost all hope, this is more than I could have asked for. His contagious smile and caring ways have deeply impacted my heart. I knew that when he was around, we were all in the best hands possible and he never let us down. Even though my wife lost her battle with cancer, his love and professionalism will never be forgotten.
