Yasha is a gifted and talented nurse who puts her patients, families, and even coworkers first. She is always willing to help others and step in for something as simple as feeding or as serious as a code.

One evening, Yasha was supposed to leave at 1900 but ended up staying until after midnight to help with a critical admission/code. Without her, this code may not have gone as smoothly as it did, even though the infant didn't make it. Her experience and knowledge made all the difference and she was such an important member of the team. This isn't the first time she's stepped in like this. Our unit is so much better because of nurses like her who are willing to go above and beyond. I'm so proud to be able to work with Yasha. She makes me a better nurse.
