Yenis is truly the whole package. I felt secure that my mom was is good knowledgeable hands. Her experience was evident, but her compassion was comforting. The vulnerability that is felt is tremendous when you know you are in the hands of others, but I knew that the best care was being given. She always had a smile and the positive energy was infectious. I knew she would take charge and do what was needed for my mom. I felt that she treated my mom as she would treat her own family member. I know that nurses play such a vital role in being the "face" of the hospital, but this institution is lucky to have Yenis, as well as every patient that has crossed her path. I cannot praise her enough for the job she did with my mom. I will be forever grateful to her.
