Now more than ever, we need to retain and recruit nursing faculty, especially given the critical shortage of nursing that is coming. So in partnership with the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) the National League for Nursing (NLN) and the Organization of Associate Degree Nurses (OADN) we issue a national call to action for schools of nursing to honor their faculty for their inspiration of students and as role models in compassionate nursing practice.
