1LT Davis is one of the rare nurses that comes and can make any scary/horrifying situation seem like it was just a bad dream when all is said and done. Everyone here knows it is my 41st surgery. 1LT Davis was the only one who knew exactly what to do; he got my blood pressure up and gave me oxygen. He repaired 3 IV blow outs while I was receiving a blood transfusion!
1LT Davis calmed me when I thought I was going to die! He truly is my hero! He has the love and compassion that it takes to be in this kind of work. I don't know of anyone that can make a person in horrific pain and crying crack a smile and turn this whole bad experience around into one that could be forgotten. He has a wonderful bedside manner and treats everyone the same. If he is stressing, you would never know it because he makes you feel that you are what's important and gives such great encouragement and motivation to get better and go home.
I'm truly grateful that I had the honor of being cared for by such a wonderful nurse. He is very good for the patients.

He is the best nurse I have ever had, and I trusted him to care for me completely, when I had faith in no one else. You better hang on to him, because he is just a perfect example of a nurse- tough but caring, and totally important to my recovery. I cry when I think about how tender and caring he was with me at my time of need. I don't want to come back, but if I do, you can bet I will ask to have him again as my nurse!
