From the time I entered this unit until now, I have received excellent service, both collectivity and individually, from the nursing staff. Each has shown their dedication to the profession of nursing. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to patient care. Each has outstanding communication skills, which also includes ensuring that I totally understood clearly what was given to me and why, as well as addressing my every concern and issue.

They display a level of integrity of the highest order. They did not hesitate to protect my privacy as well as show empathy towards my condition and the effect it was having on me. The work these nurses do is important to me and very much appreciated by me. These nurses have wonderful, caring, and professional personalities that make me feel valued as a Piedmont patient. The inability to breathe leaves me in a state of struggle. However, these nurses worked diligently to help me recover, and they did a marvelous job of it. These nurses were Britt, Isabel, Tonya, Teresa, and Zoe.

Additionally, I had interactions with Chris and Isabel, and both showed excellent communication and leadership skills, highlighting their ability to make quick but competent decisions regarding my care as a patient. They are professional and foster a positive environment that made me feel well cared for by professionals who are dedicated to their craft and those they are charged with, making me feel better than when I arrived. To each of your staff, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and cared for during my stay, as well as making me feel as if I was the reason that they became nurses. I honestly leave here in awe of the sense of commitment by your staff to provide the highest level of service to those they are charged to serve. I am proud to be a patient of these nurses. They are awesome!!
