My daughter has been here several times over the last couple of years. They remember us every time! They always go above and beyond. They are so tender and caring. They have gotten to know K and what she likes and doesn't like. They have all checked on her even if she isn't theirs for the day. Mary even stopped by yesterday just to say 'hi' because she had her last week. This is what they do. They make her stay comfortable and make her smile. That makes me happy. Even Emily, Child Life Specialist, has gotten to know her. She saw my daughter's name and came to see her to say 'hello'. My daughter actually wants to be a Child Life Specialist because of her.
The entire team is wonderful! I thank them all for what they do. I know my daughter is always in safe caring hands.
