They always have a smile no matter how busy they are, always asking if I need anything, and when I did, it was so fast and consistent with all my needs. They explained many different things to me that I never understood before about my COPD and why I was feeling the way I was. Even knowing I was getting enough oxygen, I still felt that I could not breathe, and it all makes sense now.

They are all so busy but still found a way to make me comfortable and feel right at home…..don’t get me wrong – there is no place like home! These nurses and techs are so very heartwarming and caring that I want to recognize them. The nurses and techs do hard work. Their pictures should be on a billboard showing people there are still great people out there who really care about you! They just don’t get talked about enough of what they have to do in 12 hours, no matter what. There is not enough paper to put down all the great things they do for their patients in the hospital.

I was very blessed to have such wonderful nurses, techs, and doctors on my stay. I have been in the hospital about five times for my COPD, and every time, everybody was wonderful to me. It’s good to know you have somewhere to go when you are sick and that you are going to be treated so well. I could not have been any happier with my stay!
