Abby went out of her way to make sure my grandpa and family were taken great care of. She not only was running the unit as the charge nurse but made sure to check on my grandpa frequently. I was at work and told her to let me know when and if I needed to leave. When things took a turn for the worse, she had me come to the unit so I could be with my grandpa during the last couple hours.
She comforted our family and helped assure us we were making the right decisions. She's a very caring person and her calm and soothing personality helped my family during a difficult time. We were all very pleased with the care she gave to my grandpa.
